Job Overview

The Digital Finance Leader will partner closely with the Microsoft Digital Native business leads to drive business growth across Hong Kong, Taiwan, and China. The ideal candidate will have deep insights into Microsoft cloud, digital native customers, and market landscapes, with expertise in deal structuring, machine learning, and advanced Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the finance front-end specialist for deal insights and deal construct.
  • Build strong relationships with key business stakeholders to ensure commercial delivers on its finance and business accountabilities.
  • Partner with licensing and business desk to optimize deal structuring and closing.
  • Lead end-to-end assessment of deal/customer profitability, including discount, ECIF, CTE, financing, COGS, and compliance aspects.
  • Drive conversations around consumption and customer ads.
  • Actively engage with BDMs for key/strategic accounts: sponsorship and TCO conversations.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in finance positions.
  • Cloud expertise, deal structuring knowledge, machine learning/bot experience, and advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience in multinationals with multi-product/multi-segment finance roles.
  • Good compliance understanding/experience for deal structuring and execution.
  • Fluent in English.
  • BA/BS or MBA degree in Finance, Economics, CPA/CA preferred.
