Sales Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Factory Sales Executive to join our team at Avery Dennison. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets within assigned accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales objectives and grow revenue within assigned accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our customer base and increasing revenue.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer service and production, to ensure timely delivery and resolve customer complaints.
- Provide market and competitor insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Generate reports and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales performance.
Requirements:
- College degree or above, with at least 1 year of experience in direct sales, preferably in the apparel industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong command of English and computer systems.
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing circumstances, and travel frequently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a willingness to learn and grow.
