Fusion Consulting is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to join our team for an S/4 HANA implementation project. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for implementing the global OCM strategy tailored for the S/4HANA project, aligned with client executives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement OCM strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Plan and execute Change Management-, Training-, Communication-, and End User adoption activities.
  • Conduct Change Impact Assessments to address and manage changes in business processes, systems, technology, job roles, and organizational structures.
  • Manage stakeholders according to their needs and project timeline.
  • Provide expert guidance and mentorship to global and local project members on change management principles and practices.
  • Establish frameworks for monitoring and reporting on Change Management activities, including readiness assessments.
  • Collaborate with cluster team and affiliates to ensure that change management efforts are integrated into all aspects of the project.
  • Conduct risk assessments related to change initiatives, identify potential obstacles, and develop mitigation strategies.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in consulting as an OCM Lead.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in leading and mentoring project teams, with a solid understanding of project management, including tools, risk management, and project lifecycle phases.
  • Extensive experience in large-scale SAP/ERP (or equivalent) implementations.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple international time zones.
  • Experience in a life sciences environment is preferred.
