Human Resources Advisor for Organizational Effectiveness

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leadership to manage the employee lifecycle, ensuring a seamless experience for all personnel while equipping managers with essential knowledge on HR matters.
  • Offer expert advice on a range of HR topics, including performance and talent management, as well as employee relations, to enhance business performance and organizational efficiency.
  • Execute HR strategies in alignment with established frameworks, such as Performance Leadership Programs and cultural initiatives.
  • Work closely with Centers of Excellence (CoE) to provide insights for the design and implementation of HR policies and processes.
  • Serve as a pivotal contributor to local projects as required.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree or higher from a recognized institution.
  • A minimum of three years of proven experience in an HR generalist or consulting capacity, with at least one year in a multinational corporation.
  • Proficient in several key HR functions, including workforce planning, training and development, compensation and benefits, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Experience in project implementation related to HR Information Systems or HR Centers of Excellence is advantageous.
  • Strong foundational knowledge and expertise in HR practices.
  • Excellent communication and advisory skills.
  • Understanding of the organization's business model and structure.
