Purpose and Relevance

The Order Book Fulfillment Assistant Manager plays a crucial role in supporting adidas' goal of being the preferred partner by providing exceptional support to key accounts customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage key accounts customers' order books, ensuring seamless sales order, return order, take back, and delivery claim processes.
  • Ensure all transactions adhere to company policies and procedures, authorizing and processing orders with precision.
  • Provide on-the-job coaching to team members, maintaining business continuity and ensuring no disruptions.
  • Coordinate with account managers and customers on order-related issues, payment, and delivery of goods.
  • Monitor and respond to government inspections and other regulatory inquiries.
  • Communicate special programs, including close-out and EPR, to customers.
  • Share marketing information, such as campaign details, customer-specific information, and POS-specific data, with customers.
  • Train customers to maximize the use of adiPortal and serve as the first point of contact for adiPortal-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer documents, including sales contracts, pre-orders, and prop-orders.
  • Optimize customer order fulfillment reports and address backlogs.
