Job Title: IT Solution Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Solution Engineer to join our team at Cosma China. As an IT Solution Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining IT application systems, including CMS ERP, CMS+ MES, IOT4.0 integration system, and BP system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support IT application system software implementation for each company, including CMS ERP, CMS+ MES, IOT4.0 integration system, and BP system.
  • Provide full 3rd level operation and maintenance support, including software process issue, data issue, operation issue, configuration issue, permission issue, OS operation issue, and database issue.
  • Work together with local IT departments of each company to build their local IT application system supporting teams and provide key user training, process change, software customized development, new function implementation, and issue tracking works.
  • Be familiar with all business processes relevant to IT application systems and find deficiencies to provide change suggestions or total solutions.
  • Follow the IT software system daily running status and build the system application running standard of Cosma China.
  • Collect new demands from each company and combine requirements of MAGNA group IT to propose reasonable IT solution proposals.
  • Pay close attention to cutting-edge IT software application technology and consider how to use it in company operations.
  • Study and master new system functions and spread their usage within Cosma China.
  • Provide application system software training.
  • Identify potential areas for improvement and/or cost reduction by investigating system bottlenecks, inefficient use of hardware/software tools, and future demand on resources.
  • Manage all IT solution relevant suppliers/support providers as required.

Key Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above in IT relevant major.
  • Above 4 years IT relevant working experience.
  • Familiar with full process of ERP or MES system and lead to implement more than 2 large/middle size ERP or MES projects.
  • Have some system integration experiences.
  • Be familiar with the usage and maintenance of database and master to use SQL command.
  • Have some software development experience and industry PLC development experiences.
  • Have some maintenance experiences of Windows server, unix/linux, Vmware, storage system, and backup system.
  • Have some network and cabling experiences.
  • Master to use the MS Office software.
  • Good English skill.
  • Have strong responsibility, communication ability, execution power, and self-learning ability.
