About the Role:

This is a senior-level position that requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leading high-performing teams and driving business results. As an Executive Leadership Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects, developing strategic plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage high-performing teams to deliver business outcomes and drive growth.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to meet business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and implement change.
  • Provide thought leadership and expertise to drive innovation and improve processes.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in market research or FMCG industry.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, improving processes, and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
