District Sales Leader, Ultrasound

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled District Sales Leader to lead our Ultrasound sales team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets and grow market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including distributors and end-users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and customer service, to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Provide sales training and coaching to sales team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with > 8 years of sales experience in the medical device industry.
- Proven track record of sales success and leadership experience.
- Strong business acumen and ability to analyze complex data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
