The Global Selling team in China is dedicated to realizing this vision by engaging with Chinese Selling Partners, facilitating their product offerings on Amazon's international marketplaces, and ensuring their success across the global platform.

This team serves as the main liaison between Amazon and our business collaborators, focusing on delivering exceptional support to Merchants operating on our platform.

We aim to anticipate Sellers' needs proactively, create innovative self-service tools, and offer solutions that empower our partners to better meet their customers' demands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Forge partnerships with Sellers in Asia, Account Managers within the Global Selling team, and local service providers to gather insights and feedback from Sellers.
  • Analyze trends in Seller feedback to uncover opportunities for enhancement.
  • Effectively communicate business-related information to secure support from both internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships and trust with stakeholders at both local and global levels.
  • Exhibit excellent time management capabilities and the ability to work autonomously while adhering to departmental resources, policies, and procedures.

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or customer engagement.
  • At least 3 years of experience in developing and implementing business strategies.
  • Proven ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm and strong self-motivation.
  • Effective communication skills, maintaining composure and professionalism. Proficiency in both English and Chinese is required.
  • Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with cross-border e-commerce regulatory compliance.
  • Background in cross-border e-commerce operations.
