We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our Project Development team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for assisting project leaders in identifying and evaluating potential investment opportunities, conducting financial analysis and due diligence, and developing financial models to support project feasibility studies.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct research on projects and clients, analyzing financial statements and market trends to identify potential investment opportunities.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support project feasibility studies, including cash flow projections, sensitivity analyses, and return on investment calculations.
- Assist project leaders in structuring transactions, including negotiating terms and conditions with clients and partners.
- Support the development of project proposals, including drafting financial memoranda, presentations, and reports.
- Collaborate with other teams within AIIB to ensure seamless communication and coordination across departments.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience in corporate/project finance, gained at commercial/investment banks and/or international financial institutions.
- Strong analytical and modeling skills, with proficiency in financial software and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Fluency in English, with knowledge of additional languages an asset.
