Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled professional to serve as the central point of contact for our domestic and international sales partners, as well as our existing and new customers. As an Internal Sales Specialist / Project Engineer Pre-Sales, you will be responsible for project management in the pre-sales phase, from offer preparation to customer acceptance. You will work closely with our application and development team, as well as our order processing and logistics team, to develop customer-specific projects that meet their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise domestic and international sales partners, as well as existing and new customers, on suitable solutions for materials testing systems.
  • Manage projects in the pre-sales phase, from offer preparation to customer acceptance.
  • Develop customer-specific projects in close cooperation with our application and development team, as well as our order processing and logistics team.
  • Support the onboarding of sales and service partners on new products and services.
  • Contribute to the company's innovation and growth by providing valuable impulses and feedback to our marketing department, as well as product and industry management.
  • Establish and maintain close networks and coordination with our sales organization and partners in China and internationally.
  • Support and challenge our sales counterparts in finding and qualifying leads, active opportunity management, and utilizing our international CRM system and sales tools and strategies to win orders.
  • Negotiate quotations with adequate specifications and discuss customer testing requirements for different materials, parts, and components.
Requirements
  • Bachelor or Master's degree in commercial and/or technical faculties.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in pre-sales, technical, or application support in international plastics/petrochemical, composite, automotive, medical industries, or from testing services or laboratories.
  • Good communication skills, strong team spirit, and self-driven.
  • Good English in written and oral (CET6/ BEC Vantage level).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PPT, EXCEL, Word) and using CRM/ERP system.
  • Domestic and international travel (20%).
