Medical Science Manager

Job Summary

The Medical Science Manager will develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and thought leaders to advance scientific exchange and ensure patients have access to company medicines.

Key Responsibilities

Healthcare Professional Interaction

a) Develop and maintain in-depth relationships with external thought leaders to understand treatment patterns and share insights internally.

b) Propose and conduct medical programs to deliver scientific information to healthcare professionals.

c) Develop scientific presentations under the guidance of the DAH/DAS/MSM Manager, ensuring medical accuracy and compliance.

d) Provide accurate and approved scientific data in response to unsolicited questions or requests from healthcare professionals.

Collaboration with Internal Stakeholders

a) Provide medical support for promotional activities, presenting scientific information and answering questions.

b) Liaise with the Medical Information team to provide ongoing scientific and medical support.

c) Work with BMS personnel to collect and communicate SAEs internally and to health authorities.

d) Collaborate internally to support clinical trials and studies.

Contributor to Brand Plans & Strategies

a) Contribute to brand plans and strategies by communicating medical insights and knowledge.

Compliance

a) Perform all responsibilities in an ethical and legally compliant manner.

b) Follow company policy, local authority requirements, and the 'Code of Conduct'.
