About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Medical Sales Professional to join our team at Boston Scientific. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base in the medical industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets
  • Improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Promote new technologies and products to increase sales and market share
  • Ensure high-quality surgical support and efficiency
  • Enhance customer acceptance of new technologies and drive sales growth
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, with at least 2 years of experience in medical sales, preferably with a background in cardiology
  • Strong self-motivation, learning ability, and communication skills, with a proven track record of teamwork and collaboration
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
  • High level of integrity, responsibility, and passion for the industry
  • Ability to travel frequently, with a strong understanding of the medical device industry and its regulations
