Job Summary:
Abbott is seeking a highly skilled Sales Representative to join our team in the vascular area. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing sales territories, providing technical support, and growing new clients while managing and retaining the current customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sales territories to sell product in vascular area, ensuring effective sales strategies and tactics are implemented to meet sales targets.
- Provide technical support at every point of sales & marketing activities, including pre-sales and post-sales support, to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Become knowledgeable of major product lines, including medical devices and pharmaceuticals, to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
- Understand and communicate customer requirements, interact with customers, and grow new clients as well as manage and retain the current customer base.
- Serve as the point of contact for pre-sales support issues, and post-sales support issues, including status of complaints/problems, special deals, follow-up with customers' orders, etc.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Medicine, Pharmaceutical, biological science or related fields.
- Medical Device industry and Pharmaceutical experience, preferably in an MNC.
- At least 3 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success in managing sales territories and growing new clients.
- Familiarity with HCP selling module and good connection with major hospitals in the vascular area.
- Good experience in dealer management in the area.
- Ability to work under pressure, with a positive attitude, multi-task, prioritize, and goal-focused.
- Partners with sales force & marketing team to achieve sales targets and grow the business.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
- Microsoft Office skills, with the ability to use software applications to manage sales data and customer relationships.
- Ability to travel at least 30% of the time, with a valid passport and ability to obtain necessary visas.
