Key Responsibilities主要职责:

Facilitate internal and external communications;

促进内部和外部沟通;

Manage TIL applications and maintain material records;

管理TIL应用程序及物料记录维护;

Oversee import and export operations, including processing trade and ensuring documentation quality for customs and CIQ to facilitate smooth clearance. Monitor shipment schedules and customs processes to guarantee timely deliveries that align with lead time requirements;

Apply for free CCC certificates and other necessary documents as required by customers, such as COO, FORM E, FORM F, etc. Coordinate customs and internal audits;

Gather delivery proposals and quotes from various suppliers for line manager approval, and organize local transportation logistics;

Maintain data integrity in SAP;

Review and generate billing for all assigned tasks;

Assist in maintaining warehouse records as needed;

Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and standards;

Complete additional tasks as assigned by the manager.

Possess a college degree or higher;

Have over 3 years of relevant work experience with a strong command of English;

Knowledge of international trade and customs clearance procedures;

Proficient in computer skills and SAP;
