Job Overview


Cj-smart-cargo is a reputable logistics company seeking an experienced and ambitious individual to join our team as a Logistics Development Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building customer relationships, and maintaining a strong presence in the industry.



Salary Range:
$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets, focusing on expanding our client base and increasing revenue.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded through timely communication, regular visits, and effective issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify new business opportunities, improve processes, and enhance overall efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform strategic decisions and drive innovation.
  • Provide input on product development, pricing strategies, and marketing initiatives to ensure alignment with business objectives.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics Management, or a related field (English major preferred).
  • A minimum of two years of direct customer experience in the same industry, with a proven track record of sales success and customer satisfaction.
  • Level 4 English proficiency and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Prior experience in project logistics is highly valued.
  • Proficiency in making presentations using PPT and EXCEL.
  • Strong integrity, humility, and a passion for learning, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • A wide range of hobbies and interests outside of work.
