Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at Sonos, Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement, supply chain management, and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities
  • Procurement and Sourcing: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and source raw materials, components, and services to support our manufacturing and refurbishment operations.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, manage stockroom operations, and ensure that inventory is properly stored, handled, and tracked.
  • Supply Chain Collaboration: Partner with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
  • Cost Savings and Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and streamline processes throughout the supply chain.
  • Communication and Reporting: Provide regular updates to stakeholders on procurement and inventory performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience with SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems, knowledge of manufacturing and assembly processes, and a passion for process improvement and cost savings.
