Client Relationship Executive

Position Overview
As a vital member of our team, you will be entrusted with:
- Driving sales initiatives while collaborating with the Applications Support and marketing teams to enhance product visibility.
- Proactively marketing and selling Roche's raw materials and services to end users, ensuring prompt resolution of application and product inquiries, while supporting the Business Area in meeting or surpassing established sales objectives.
- Executing daily promotional activities through professional product detailing aimed at achieving sales revenue targets.
- Maintaining comprehensive product knowledge to effectively present information to customers in group settings.
- Providing consistent market intelligence and competitive insights, along with timely updates to the Account Manager/Sales Manager/Marketing in an agreed format. Regularly developing and updating customer data files.
- Conducting planned visits to target clients based on designated territories, including clinical departments and procurement divisions, in accordance with an approved call plan.
- Implementing sales strategies within budgetary constraints as outlined in a pre-approved monthly action plan.
- Delivering quality service to RLS LS clients through regular visits.
- Building and nurturing relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and essential procurement departments.
- Coordinating with local distributors to ensure adequate stock levels and market coverage.
- Completing additional projects or responsibilities as assigned by your line manager.
- Conducting all business activities in full compliance with Roche's policies, including Roche Secure, Roche Behavior in Business, Roche Competition Law, and Roche Safety, Security, Health, and Environmental Protection protocols.
Qualifications
- A Master's Degree in a relevant Life Science or Marketing field.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong skills in MS Office applications.
- Expertise in products and applications.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in sales or a related field.
