Customer Strategy Planning Role

The Customer Strategy Planning head will play a critical role in developing and executing strategies to enhance customer relationships and drive business growth at Coca Cola.

This role will require a deep understanding of the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry, market trends, and customer behaviors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop customer-focused strategies to drive sales growth and market share.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform strategic planning.
  • Identify opportunities for portfolio expansion, product innovation, and improved customer engagement.

Customer Insights:

  • Conduct market research and gather customer insights to understand needs, preferences, and pain points.
  • Utilize data analytics to segment customers and tailor strategies accordingly.
  • Develop and maintain customer personas and journey maps.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment with customer strategies.
  • Presentation of strategic plans and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Foster strong relationships with key customers and retail partners.

Performance Tracking:

  • Establish KPIs and metrics to track the effectiveness of customer strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards to communicate progress and insights.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in customer strategy, marketing, or sales within the CPG industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, SPSS).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across functions and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams.
