About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Turnaround Management Office Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing a business plan and driving the implementation of a turnaround concept together with our team and the portfolio company.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and implement a business plan, including a turnaround concept, and drive its implementation with our team and the portfolio company.
  • Establish management governance and ensure coherent tracking and reporting within the portfolio company.
  • Lead the finance workstream and/or finance organization on site, ensuring sound cash management processes and managing liquidity needs.
  • Prepare integrated financial plans and lead forecasting and budgeting processes.
  • Implement and improve financing solutions, such as factoring, asset-based funding, and credit lines.
  • Manage and improve relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, financial advisers, banks, and credit insurers.

Your Profile

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years of relevant financial or operational restructuring experience gained in consulting, private equity, banking, or industry.
  • A Master's degree in economics with a focus on finance.
  • A proven track record of delivering value creation in transformations, restructuring, or turnaround situations.
  • A structured and pragmatic approach to solving problems and driving impact, combined with an entrepreneurial and team mindset.
  • Business fluency in English and Mandarin, with proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • A willingness to travel 4 days per week (Monday-Thursday).
