Main Responsibilities:
- Lead a team to understand China merchant growth opportunities and blockers across different merchant types on Buy with Prime.
- Define global selling product vision and partner with global product teams to improve our global solution.
- Drive product innovation to help sellers succeed globally across marketplaces.
- Own go-to-market strategy with a team of business development specialists to achieve unit growth goals.
- Lead a team of professionals to achieve ambitious merchant recruitment targets.
- Own China merchant product requirements and gain support from internal stakeholders and external partners.
Qualifications:
- 12+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience.
- 6+ years of team management experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience recruiting and developing high-performing teams that deliver outsized results.
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience engaging and influencing senior executives.
- MBA.
