About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Lifecycle Engineer to join our team at MAHLE. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a challenging role that will allow you to grow and develop your skills in product management.

Job Description

  • Develop and Execute Business Strategy: You will be responsible for developing and executing a business development strategy for assigned engine conditioning product groups, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Product Introduction and Management: You will manage the product introduction process, working closely with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective product launches.
  • Market Analysis and Competitor Benchmarking: You will conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Quality Assurance and Control: You will work closely with the quality team to ensure that all products meet the required standards and specifications.
  • Data Management and Analysis: You will be responsible for managing and analyzing data related to product performance, customer feedback, and market trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Management, or equivalent.
  • Experience: Proven experience in product management, preferably in the automotive industry (independent aftermarket preferred).
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, and meet deadlines.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is €80,000 - €120,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and generous paid time off.
