Customer Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead a customer development team in people management, sales performance management, training and coaching, and operational risk control, to maximize the productivity of the team and contribute to the achievement of business strategy with high quality sales and service standard.
Key Responsibilities- Closely monitor the sales and services quality provided by team members to ensure the sales/service process is strictly followed and the delivery of a consistently excellent customer experience.
- Ensure fair outcomes for customers are delivered in all situations.
- Manage, lead and motivate a team of highly mobile sales staff, and lead a mobile sales team to focus on activities to expand HSBC's new to wealth acquisition.
- Role success will be achieved by focusing on striving to develop new relationships outside HSBC that will deliver sustainable growth and profitability.
- Proven ability in mobile sales.
- Current product/market knowledge.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Managerial experience.
- At least 3 years' experience in supervisory role of sales function.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership and motivation skills.
- Strong sales and organization ability and problem solving skills.
- Result driven and able to work under pressure.
- Good spoken and written English.
