Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales results and developing coverage and the Ferrero business model for the assigned area.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Sales Strategy
    • Develop and propose sales strategies, territory plans, and customer plans for the assigned area.
    • Ensure effective management of budget and reach targets on trade spending, returns, and profits.
  2. Sales Forecast, Budget, and Objectives
    • Manage sales forecasts, budgets, and objectives in line with business goals.
    • Collaborate with the local Route To Market model and business situation of distributors to select and manage distributors.
  3. Customer Plans and Sales Development
    • Identify and propose business development and growth opportunities in the assigned area.
    • Ensure quantity and quality development in the assigned area.
  4. Field Management
    • Conduct regular meetings with distributor management teams to review sales and financial performance, rebate performance, and business plans.
    • Manage distributors, ensure payment to the company, and follow up on credits and information flow.
  5. Planning and Control
    • Monitor field activities performance and accomplishment of sales conditions, agreements, and relevant KPIs.
    • Provide negotiation strategy recommendations and collaborate with KA to complete trading terms negotiations.
  6. Marketing and Trade Marketing
    • Implement brand strategies and achieve qualitative and quantitative objectives set by marketing.
    • Report on opportunities and obstacles.
  7. Team Management
    • Coach and evaluate the knowledge and selling skills of team members.
    • Build a talent pipeline for the team.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a college degree and above, fluent in English, and familiar with MS office. The ideal candidate should have FMCG industry field sales and territory management experience, as well as strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills.

A Chinese Local Labor contract with a local salary and benefits package will be offered for this position. Proficiency in Mandarin speaking is required.
