Business Development Manager, Liability

As a Relationship Manager, Liability at DBS Bank, you will be responsible for providing non-borrowing products and services to corporate clients, generating new corporate banking business, strengthening existing client relationships, and executing plans to achieve the Group's business objectives.
Key Accountabilities- Grow income and franchise value.
- Maximize return from the relationship profile by cross-selling and promoting the Bank's products and services.
- Perform timely account opening procedures, including customer due diligence and trigger events, and post-monitoring to ensure adherence to prevailing laws and banking regulations.
- Enhance customer satisfaction.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in commercial banking businesses, preferably with exposure in marketing, relationship management, and credit analysis areas.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Related industry knowledge.
- Familiarity with China's policies and regulations.
