Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our Shanghai office. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing digitally driven marketing campaigns for our clients, working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaign success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for clients across various channels, including social media, websites, and mini-programs.
  • Manage client relationships and expectations, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery of campaigns.
  • Collaborate with project teams to translate client visions into business requirements and manage deliverables.
  • Establish and expand relationships with key accounts, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, providing expert advice to clients and internal teams.
  • Balance business and marketing requirements, refining internal systems and processes to improve performance.

Requirements

  • Excellent command of English and Chinese, both verbal and written.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital/social media marketing or a related field.
  • Familiarity with key digital media channels, including WeChat, Weibo, Channels, Baidu, Douyin, and Kuaishou.
  • Experience developing digital strategies and creative content for brands, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proven track record of managing accounts and campaigns, with excellent time management and organization skills.
