Chief Patient Access Manager

ROLE SUMMARY:
Pfizer seeks a Chief Patient Access Manager to develop and execute patient solution integrate strategies and initiatives, leveraging internal/external resources to accelerate patients accessibility and improve loyalty at national & regional level.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute patient solution integrate strategies and initiatives to support business strategy and achievement.
- Collaborate with innovative access, DTP, Finance, MKT, Medical, Patient advocacy, legal, compliance, and other cross-functions to develop, advance, and execute innovative platforms and programs.
- Conduct and monitor all patient solutions programs partnering with 3rd party, Charitable Foundations, government, academic associations, patient groups, etc.
- Coordinate external partners and internal stakeholders to deliver programs ensuring strong engagement.
- Support market research program in terms of patient journey, patient insight, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree required. Advanced degree preferred, background in commercial, pharmaceutical or health care industry is preferred.
- More than 5 years commercial experience in healthcare industry. 1-2 years pharm MNC experience in Patient solution or relative function is preferred.
- Strategic thinking, ability to facilitate stakeholder & customer commitments, and ability to synthesize & communicate local customer insights for planning.
