Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager, Corporate Partnerships to join our team at the European Sponsorship Association. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strong relationships with target clients in the Greater China market, achieving budgeted revenues and personal sales goals, and maximizing profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand our presence in the Greater China market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the global sales team to develop key business cooperation projects and drive sales growth.
  • Provide regular sales reports to the supervisor and communicate effectively on action steps to move our sales forward.

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant field or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in sponsorship deals with high-quality customer satisfaction.
  • Strong background and motivation in brands, with a proven track record in sales within the sports/entertainment industry.
  • Strong understanding of the China market and business landscape.
  • Fluent in local language and English is a must.
  • Passionate and capable of leading business negotiation and customer relationships.
  • Customer-centricity, excellent customer needs insight, and ability to develop solutions based on customer needs.
  • Well-developed professional with excellent solution selling, negotiation, and ability to influence skills.
