Job Title: Asia Facility Manager

RINA is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Asia Facility Manager to join its team in Shanghai, China. As a key member of the Global Property & Facility Management Division, you will be responsible for providing a safe, comfortable, and compliant working environment for Asian cluster sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate all installations and refurbishments of sites within budget.
  • Manage the upkeep of building equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards.
  • Inspect buildings' structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations.
  • Oversee and provide proactive facility services for Asian cluster sites, ensuring efficiency and building maintenance.
  • Manage a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule and conduct daily/weekly/monthly/annual inspections as appropriate.
  • Ensure actions are completed in a timely manner, coordinating with subcontractors and other key stakeholders.
  • Ensure statutory compliance as it applies to buildings, infrastructure, and facilities management, as well as health and safety requirements.
  • Support the Corporate HSSE Manager in ensuring security aspects are covered.
  • Manage improvement projects to maintain a high standard facility.
  • Respond appropriately to facilities emergencies or urgent issues as they arise.
Requirements:
  • College/University Bachelor or master's degree in Technical Subjects (e.g. Architecture, Engineering, Economic, etc.) or any subject degree relevant to the role.
  • 3-5 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English.
