Facilities Associate

Fortrea is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Associate to join our team in Shanghai, China. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our facilities operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities-related expenses
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance and repairs
- Assist with event planning and logistics
- Provide administrative support to the facilities team
- Perform other duties as assigned
- College degree in a related field
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin)
