Role Overview

  • Join a dynamic sales team focused on Insitu Machining, Diesel, and equipment repair within the Marine, Offshore, and Industrial sectors.
  • Bring relevant experience in promoting repair services to the Merchant, Offshore Oil & Gas, and associated industries.
  • Demonstrate expertise in contract negotiations.
  • Recognize the significance of precise reporting.
  • Exhibit familiarity with market strategies and achieving financial targets.
  • Show a proven track record of success in a pertinent field.
  • Possess experience in collaborating with or leading teams to establish long-term business partnerships with Operators, Owners, and Ship Yards.
  • Engage with international clients and conduct negotiations in both English and Chinese.
Essential Qualifications, Experience & Skills

  • Hold a technical qualification in mechanical or marine engineering or a related discipline, with experience from a recognized OEM or repair facility.
  • Be accountable for developing a designated area and market, with performance targets in place.
  • Work collaboratively and potentially lead a team to secure enduring business agreements with Operators, Owners, and Ship Yards.
  • Generate accurate and timely quotations for clients.
  • Provide detailed reports on business performance and innovative ideas to enhance market reach.
  • Exhibit strong teamwork skills and share relevant business insights with colleagues.
  • Demonstrate effective coordination and problem-solving abilities.
  • Possess a proactive and outgoing demeanor.
  • Approach business matters in a structured and organized fashion.
  • Exhibit proficiency in the English language, both written and spoken.
  • Have experience in drafting visit reports in English and Chinese.
  • Communicate effectively and understand the company's reporting requirements.
  • Maintain a professional appearance.
  • Adopt an open and honest business approach, upholding corporate responsibility.
  • Possess a valid passport and be open to travel for client and shipyard visits.
