Job Title: After Sales Service Executive

At Hermès, we are seeking a highly skilled After Sales Service Executive to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our repair center in China, managing inventory, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and execute repair center operations in China, ensuring timely and efficient handling of repair goods.
  • Identify and address quality issues, implementing improvements to product and repair quality.
  • Handle escalated customer service issues, resolving complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate inventory management, ensuring adequate spare parts stock.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop customer service training programs, enhancing customer handling skills and systemic customer service.
  • Support line managers in new project development, driving growth in China's after-sales service.
Requirements & Capabilities:
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer service departments, preferably in the retail luxury field.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and cooperate with other departments.
  • Good organizational skills, logical thinking, and a strong sense of service.
  • Excellent oral and written English skills, with a university graduate degree.
