- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients in the region, ensuring consistent growth of their service business.
- Identify and pursue new service business opportunities with clients in the region, including maintenance, upgrades, and repair services.
- Build strong communication skills to effectively plan and execute client visits, and independently visit new clients.
- Accurately document project information in project templates and submit regular updates.
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the industrial equipment or mechanical manufacturing industry.
- Excellent communication and sales skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a high level of responsibility and a drive for results.
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively under pressure.
- Results-driven, with a focus on process management.
