Service Sales Professional

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team at ASSA ABLOY. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing our existing customer base, as well as developing new business opportunities in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and presenting proposals to potential customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of sales and service solutions.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or a related field, preferably in the industrial equipment or access solutions industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex sales and service issues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
