Service Sales Account Manager

Key Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth in assigned territory by achieving annual and quarterly targets, and fostering strong relationships with customers to provide exceptional service and support.
Key Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as pharmaceutical or chemical science, is required. Strong telephone selling skills, including effective opening statements, customer connection, and relationship-building, are essential. Fluency in written and spoken English is a must, with the ability to read and understand English documents.
Additional Requirements
Collaborate with local service engineers and instrument sales teams to deliver comprehensive service solutions that meet customer needs. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through regular visits and calls, and provide timely responses to customer inquiries.
