Job Summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a highly skilled National Account Manager to join our team in China. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and developing national food service accounts across the country.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop national food service accounts, including major chain restaurants, cafes, and bakeries.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at national food service accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and promotions.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the food service industry and market trends.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in national account management or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in the food service industry, either directly or indirectly.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
