Position Overview:

Join our dynamic sales team at Goltens, specializing in Insitu Machining, Diesel, and equipment repair within the Marine, Offshore, and Industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with a dedicated sales force focused on providing repair services and spare parts.
  • Utilize your expertise in trading spares and repair solutions across Merchant, Offshore Oil & Gas, and related industries.
  • Negotiate contracts effectively to secure favorable terms.
  • Maintain precise reporting to support business objectives.
  • Develop and implement market strategies while adhering to budgets and timelines.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of success in relevant fields.
  • Collaborate with or lead teams to establish long-term agreements with Operators, Owners, and Ship Yards.
  • Interact with international clients and conduct negotiations in both English and Chinese.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • A technical qualification in mechanical or marine engineering or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the Marine industry.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and potentially lead a team to secure long-term business partnerships.
  • Capable of delivering accurate and timely quotations to clients.
  • Provide detailed reports on business performance and innovative ideas for market expansion.
  • Exhibit strong teamwork and share valuable insights with colleagues.
  • Possess excellent coordination and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrate a proactive and outgoing approach to business.
  • Maintain a structured and organized work style.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English.
  • Experience in drafting visit reports in English and Chinese.
  • Effective communication skills with a clear understanding of reporting requirements.
  • Present a clean and professional appearance.
  • Uphold integrity and corporate responsibility in all business dealings.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for client and shipyard visits.
