Position Overview:
Join our dynamic sales team at Goltens, specializing in Insitu Machining, Diesel, and equipment repair within the Marine, Offshore, and Industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with a dedicated sales force focused on providing repair services and spare parts.
- Utilize your expertise in trading spares and repair solutions across Merchant, Offshore Oil & Gas, and related industries.
- Negotiate contracts effectively to secure favorable terms.
- Maintain precise reporting to support business objectives.
- Develop and implement market strategies while adhering to budgets and timelines.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of success in relevant fields.
- Collaborate with or lead teams to establish long-term agreements with Operators, Owners, and Ship Yards.
- Interact with international clients and conduct negotiations in both English and Chinese.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A technical qualification in mechanical or marine engineering or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the Marine industry.
- Ability to work collaboratively and potentially lead a team to secure long-term business partnerships.
- Capable of delivering accurate and timely quotations to clients.
- Provide detailed reports on business performance and innovative ideas for market expansion.
- Exhibit strong teamwork and share valuable insights with colleagues.
- Possess excellent coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrate a proactive and outgoing approach to business.
- Maintain a structured and organized work style.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English.
- Experience in drafting visit reports in English and Chinese.
- Effective communication skills with a clear understanding of reporting requirements.
