About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Associate to join our Asia-Based Supplier Acquisition team. As a Senior Associate, you will play a key role in executing business development conversations with suppliers on Wayfair, managing relationships with external partners, and driving a better supplier experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute business development conversations with suppliers on Wayfair
- Manage relationships with external partners who provide supplier leads and resources
- Drive a better supplier experience through collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Influence strategy and planning for the Asia-Based Supplier Acquisition team
Requirements
- 2-4 years of relevant work or internship experience, preferably in an e-commerce organization
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to communicate effectively with owners and executives of large companies
- Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
- Analytical thinker with a data-driven approach
