Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience after graduation with relevant work or internship experience, preferably in an e-commerce organization.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with owners and executives of large companies.
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results.
  • Collaborative nature with the ability to build relationships and drive change effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Analytical thinker who can find answers in data.
  • Ability to "hit the ground running" with a self-starter mindset.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and mindset.
  • Experience in SQL and advanced Excel capabilities is a plus.
