Why You Need This Role

Pfizer's marketing team is responsible for positioning our product portfolio to meet the needs of patients and healthcare providers. As a marketing professional, you will contribute to understanding patient needs and market insights to create value that changes patients' lives.

What You Will Achieve

You will play a crucial role in providing marketing direction for Pfizer's wide array of products. Your coordination skills will be essential in managing the marketing plan and launching programs to create demand for product lines. You will evaluate brand performance periodically and recommend product development or enhancement, overseeing the development of marketing material. Your leadership skills will guide the sales force in activities such as advertising, public relations, and product strategy implementation to achieve product marketing objectives.

How You Will Achieve It

You will provide guidance, lead/co-lead projects, manage your time to meet objectives, and plan resource requirements for projects across the division. You will lead the development of the business plan for in-market and pipeline products, manage strategy development and execution to maximize revenues, and develop awareness campaigns, congress content in partnership with the Medical team.

Qualifications

A Bachelor's Degree is required, and a Master's degree or MBA is preferred. Clinical Medicine/Pharmacy/Biology/Chemistry/Pharmaceutical-related majors are preferred. At least 5 years of working experience in the Pharmaceutical industry is required, with experience in managing revenues and costs. Knowledge of Marketing Mix principles, business acumen, and marketing execution is essential.
