Guest Services Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Guest Services Coordinator to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences by responding to their requests and needs in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services, such as transportation, reservations, and dry cleaning.
- Provide information to guests about the property and surrounding area amenities, including special events and activities.
- Answer and record all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns.
- Monitor the club lounge for seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests.
Requirements
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
