Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Engineering Services Manager to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our engineering services, including installation, maintenance, and repairs of tools, appliances, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and perform preventative maintenance on tools, appliances, and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Identify, locate, and operate shut-off valves to prevent damage and ensure safety.
  • Order, mark, and stock parts and supplies as needed to maintain a well-stocked inventory.
  • Monitor and maintain the maintenance schedule to ensure all tasks are completed on time.
  • Assist in the development of disaster response protocols to ensure the safety of our guests and employees.
  • Respond to guest repair requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist management in hiring, training, and scheduling employees to ensure a well-trained and efficient team.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in engineering services or a related field.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate a vehicle.
