Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist the department in organizing and compiling invoicing documentation;
2. Prepare meeting minutes for weekly team meetings;
3. Support the collection and analysis of store establishment data;
4. Gather, organize, and manage store contracts;
5. Collect and verify documentation for security deposit refunds.
6. Organize and upload server documentation;
7. Undertake additional tasks assigned by the department;
8. Monthly collection and analysis of training data from both online and offline sources;
9. Monthly statistics and analysis of E-learning platform results;
10. Regularly compile and upload training materials each month;
11. Monthly organization and updating of trainee records;
12. Update and manage inventory of training interaction souvenirs each month;
13. Distribution and confirmation of materials;
14. Weekly updates of the training calendar;
15. Daily administrative tasks for the training center.
