Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Corporate Attorney to join our team at Sensata Technologies. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a crucial role in advising on legal matters related to the organization.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing advice on legal issues pertaining to procurement contracts, supplier relationships, and other business matters;
  • Assisting with interpreting laws, regulations, and company policies;
  • Participating in research to identify potential legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them;
  • Preparing legal documents, policies, and contracts in a timely and accurate manner;
  • Staying up-to-date with current legislation and industry developments.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A university degree (Bachelors or equivalent) in Law or a related field;
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing tasks and demands;
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills to work with all levels of the organization.
Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
