Job Title: Alpha Operational Readiness, Officer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operational Readiness Officer to join our team at State Street. As an Operational Readiness Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation of our clients' projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of operational readiness plans for client projects.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their operational requirements and provide guidance on operational readiness.
  • Manage the operational readiness process, including the development of operational readiness plans, tracking progress, and identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their operational needs are met.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and any issues that may arise.
  • Ensure that all operational readiness activities are completed to the highest standard and in accordance with State Street's policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a financial industry, with a focus on operational readiness, project management, or business process improvement.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful projects and improving operational efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
