Digital Business Strategist for Vendor Growth

Vendor Consultant ProgramThe Vendor Consultant Program aims to own operational business metrics and associated tasks for JP AVS vendors. These include business metrics that require minimal financial judgment or commercial negotiations needed.
We aim to deliver this through a dedicated team of vendor consultants who will act as the primary owner of business metrics for their assigned set of vendors. Our primary customer is our vendors, who subscribe to the AVS service with the intent to get a customized service that will augment their growth on Amazon.
About the RoleThe Vendor Consultant Manager leads a team of 10+ Vendor Consultants. You will collaborate internally with leaders from Retail and Vendor Services teams and be responsible for certain aspects of the vendor's business with Amazon.
Ideal incumbent in this role would always be on the lookout for opportunities to add value to Amazon's retail business through serving Amazon vendors. You will analyze data, interact with cross-functional teams, recommend and pilot improvements that will help us serve our customers better, inline with our goal to be the Earth's Most Customer-Centric Company.
Key Responsibilities- Attract talent and make right hiring decisions, Onboarding, and continuous development of a Vendor Consultant team and maintain a high delivery bar.
- Lead team to deliver defined business metrics and quality goals by comprehensive solutions design and operational execution accountability.
- Engage directly with multiple internal teams to optimize business for key manufacturers (vendors) on Amazon websites.
- Connect with JP Retail GL Leads for GL Priorities and Vendor Performance - Weekly/Bi-weekly;
- Owns GL/program wide project on metric deliverables, process optimization, tech. solutions.
- 6+ years of digital advertising and client-facing roles with a focus on data analysis experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers.
- Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
Preferred Qualifications- 2+ years of mentoring, leading, and coaching experience.
Estimated Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year-
