Client Relationship Manager

We are pleased to present an opportunity to join BSI as an Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Discover and pursue new business prospects while collaborating closely with the sales team to secure these opportunities.
- Assist the sales team in delivering tailored sector solutions and services to our clients.
- Identify and leverage speaking engagements to position BSI as a leader within relevant industries.
- Foster and maintain relationships with current partners to ensure effective communication between BSI and its partners.
- Cultivate new partnerships and design cooperative frameworks.
- Collaborate on joint business development initiatives with partners to enhance sales lead generation and support sales efforts.
- Create and execute marketing strategies based on sales team input to retain clients, expand business, and generate leads.
- Research, compile, and assist in maintaining an up-to-date customer database.
- Develop sales materials and tools, including marketing collateral such as brochures, product information, sales guidelines, case studies, and success stories to boost sales effectiveness.
Candidate Specifications
- A university degree or higher is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, marketing, or sales within a management consulting or training environment is preferred.
- A strong understanding of business development and marketing principles is essential.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- A strong team player with a solutions-oriented mindset and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive, demonstrating ownership, passion, and commitment to responsibilities.
- Professionalism and ethical conduct are paramount.
- Experience in organizing marketing events is advantageous.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory.
