About the Role:


This full-time opportunity offers a comprehensive 18-month training program for engineers, kick-starting their careers as Industrial Operations Trainees in Bunge Europe, Africa & Asia.


As an Industrial Operations Trainee, you will participate in an international training curriculum, gaining insight into operations, processes, and technologies at Bunge's crushing, refining, and packaging facilities.



Program Structure:

  2. Nourish | 3 months: Regional and plant onboarding, buddy up, settle, and prepare to grow.
  3. Grow | 9 months: Hands-on learning within the team locally, develop and deepen Bunge Business knowledge, and grow through a game and group learning curriculum.
  4. Flourish | 6 months: Finalize the program with a group project and fine-tune skills of the future.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to day-to-day operations within your specialization.
  • Develop and deepen Bunge Business knowledge.
  • Fine-tune skills through a group project.


Requirements:


To succeed in this role, you should have:



  • A Bachelor or Master working and thinking level in Engineering or a relevant field (such as Chemical, Quality, Food, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Environmental Sciences).
  • Up to 2 years of previous work experience, which can be through internships or extra-curricular experience.
  • International exposure; travel and relocation might be required.
  • A good level of English language skills. Local languages may be required in some locations.
  • Typically, you're Passionate, bold, and driven, known for your excellent social skills, Proactivity, Problem-solving, Growth mindset, Learning Agility, and Adaptability.
