About the Role

As a key member of our team at AIA, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expansion. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute strategies to maximize sales of our products and services through a network of agents.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement business plans to achieve individual and team quotas and business objectives;
  2. Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve excellent sales performance and customer satisfaction;
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including agents, customers, and partners;
  4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends;
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives;
  6. Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address;
  7. Ensure compliance with AIA's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements;

Requirements:

  1. 10+ years of experience in the insurance industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role;
  2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth;
  3. Strong leadership and team management skills;
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities;
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
