We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to join our team in Shanghai. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive business growth and expand our customer portfolio in the MS Chemical Industry in China Mainland.

The ideal candidate will have above 5 years of B2B sales experience in the chemical industry, preferably with Multinational Corporation (MNC) working experience. They should possess excellent communication skills, a good command of English, and proficiency in MS Office software.

A bachelor's or master's degree in chemistry, engineering, or business is required. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing assigned customers, developing new applications and markets, and driving closure of customer complaints. They will also work closely with internal resources to increase business profitability and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage assigned customers to achieve sustainable business growth and develop new customers or applications.
  • Work closely with Technical Service, Customer Service, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Production & Supply Chain, and other internal resources to increase business profitability and ensure quality customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and conduct commercial negotiations with key customers.
  • Maintain sales forecast and provide frequent business updates.
  • Acquire new businesses and new customers.
  • Develop new applications and markets.
  • Manage on-time delivery, Account Receivable, and inventory of local warehouse.
  • Drive closure of customer complaints in collaboration with related functional teams.
  • Systematically collect, analyze, and present market and competitor information and update and improve Market Data Base.
  • Prepare and implement marketing communication plans in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Manage distribution channels.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in chemistry, engineering, or business.
  • Above 5 years of B2B sales experience in the chemical industry, preferably with MNC working experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good command of English in spoken and written.
  • Proficiency in MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Team spirit.
  • Full of energy and initiatives to develop new markets, applications, and customers.
  • Target-oriented and persistent.
  • Willingness to travel.

We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated annual salary of $80,000-$100,000, depending on experience.
